Escale en Pays d'Aunis

Escale en Pays d'Aunis offers a selection of superb, high-end holiday cottages, situated in the Aunis Sud community of communes, in Charente-Maritime. Our cottages can be booked for a holiday stay… but that's not all: they are also versatile venues that you can hire on a daily basis for remote working, a meeting or a team-building seminar.

The properties are situated in the village of Landrais, 10 minutes from Surgères TGV station, 20 minutes from Châtelaillon beach, 35 minutes from La Rochelle and 20 minutes from Rochefort.

Our two properties, L'Authentique (200m²) and L'Intemporelle (230m²), can accommodate up to 12 and 13 people respectively and are just a 5-minute walk from one another. It is possible to book them together to accommodate a total of 25 people — whether for a big holiday with family or friends, or to bring several teams together for a day's work.

To make your stay perfect and ensure you get the most out of your visit, we offer a range of services in partnership with local producers and other local businesses (catering, breakfast delivery, wellness treatments, etc.)

Before your arrival, we can also collect your shopping from the drive-through and put it away for you.
